Bed and pillow.

Staff at the frontdesk were very rude, as I asked about the bus stop for airport bus, a front staff said and pointed to go out and over there. I went out and so confused finding it for 5 min... where... where the bus stop. So I came to the front desk and ask where exactly it is, because hardly see one. He ignored and tapped on the girl to tell. So what.... it was more than 10 minutes walk from the hotel and you need to cross 4-5 little roads before reaching the bus stop. PLEASE TRAIN HOW TO BECOME A PROPER PERSONS WORKING AS FRONTDESK STAFFS. Lots of things missing when you check in, no coffee or tea, no soaps. The room's too dim. Lights couldn't be left on by the mirror, you have to use mirror in the bathroom, but sometimes you could get ready while your friend having a bath. But no... you could not as you wait to use the mirror in the bathroom. Life's too slow for some reasons. I visit Korea a few times, and this time was the most dissapointed booking.

has no soundproof and can hear all the noise in the hallway. Upgraded super room was still awfully small.

Worst thing is that the noise in the hallway mostly made by the guests. Also has banging noise next door.

The main advantage of the hotel is it's great location but the rooms are tiny and not very clean.

Location of the hotel is really good - in the city centre in 10 metres of the underground stop and bus stop.

There was a bit smelly in the room when we checked in, bathroom is tiny and tgere is no barrier between the shower and the toilet so the water is always on the floor. Receptionists are not the most welcoming people in the world. The cleaners didn't leave complimentary water until we asked. I wouldn't stay there again.

NIGHT TIME NOT MUCH PEOPLE WALKING ON THE ROAD. IT IS OVER PRICE AND WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN.

ONLY GOOD LOCATION. OTHER THAN THAT ALL NOT UP TO STANDARD. SMALL TOILET NO SHOWER SCREEN AND WATER SPLASH OVER THE FLOOR, POOR LIGHTING, BED SMALL AND TOO SOFT. NO WINDOW VIEW LIKE A STORE ROOM, CARPET TOO OLD AND SMELLY.

It was nice staying for me

It was nice staying for me Price was cheap, clean room. There were bath towels, face towels, gown(sleeping wear), water bottles And place was comfortable to find near station. You may find from no.4 exit.

Excellent value!

It was a good value. Convenient location near bus and subway, coffee and restaurants nearby. The hotel feels newer and nicer than other hotels of similar price.

The towels were a bit ragged, but that seems to be the case in most Korean hotels.

A strategic location is all you need in Seoul

Great location situated just a few steps from sinseoldong train station. Pleasant scent throughout the hotel. Clean, pretty big and comfy room.

Slow elevators, only 2 for guests. Rearranged furniture because of our big luggage.

Friendly and comfortable for a fair price. I would consider booking again!

The Staff was very friendly and any request was fulfilled very fast. The Bed was comfortable and the Room itself very clean. It is close to the Station where you can reach all the hotspots in 30minutes (with Elevator)!

Despite the clean Room the Bath wasn't cleaned well, just the ground and toilet seat were cleaned every day. There is just a small garderobe which just offer a small hight so it only fits short clothes like shirts.

위치가 좋아서 버스와 지하철 타고 이동하기에 편리했어요.

체크인 되었다는 내용이 하우스키핑 부서와 연락이 잘 되지 않았는지, 짐 풀어놓고 밖에 나갔다가 다시 들어왔는데 방에서 직원이 나와서 당황스러웠어요.

라마다 동대문 앙코르 쿼드러플룸

역 출구와 가깝습니다. 가격이 매우 저렴합니다 .

화장실에서 냄새가 나며, 온수 냉수 조절이 원활하지 않아서 씻기에 불편했습니다. 쿼드러플룸 중 메인룸이 아닌곳에는 냉장고와 tv 가 없어서 하나의 방에 모두 모여서 tv 를 봐야했으며 공간이 매우 좁았습니다. 동대문역에 위치한 라마다 동대문과는 다른 곳으로 신설동역 (헷갈림 주의) 에 있어 주변에 먹을만한 곳이 많지 않습니다.
